We do not guarantee any specific financial, business, audience growth, engagement, monetization, or marketing results.

Your results depend on many factors including your effort, experience, audience, consistency, positioning, market conditions, and implementation.

2. No Professional Advice

Nothing provided through our websites, communities, strategy sessions, consulting, coaching, emails, videos, downloads, or other materials should be considered legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, psychological, or professional advice.

You are responsible for seeking professional guidance appropriate to your specific situation.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Due to the digital, strategic, and educational nature of our products and services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Chargebacks or payment disputes made without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us may result in immediate termination of access to services, programs, or communities.

4. Scheduling & Strategy Sessions

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled strategy sessions, consulting calls, coaching calls, or meetings on time.

If you need to reschedule, please provide reasonable notice whenever possible.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if necessary.

Repeated no-shows, excessive cancellations, abusive behavior, or misuse of services may result in termination of future access.

5. Community Conduct

By participating in Skool Homeroom or any related community spaces, you agree to:

* treat others respectfully
* avoid harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive conduct
* avoid spam, excessive self-promotion, or deceptive marketing
* avoid sharing illegal, stolen, or infringing content
* maintain respectful participation within the community

We reserve the right to remove content, revoke access, or remove members from communities at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, branding, graphics, downloads, videos, templates, strategies, documents, and training materials provided through our websites, communities, or services are owned by Colbourne Collective unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

* copy
* redistribute
* resell
* reproduce
* republish
* modify
* commercially exploit

You may use information and strategies for your own personal or business implementation.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post within our communities.

However, by posting content within our communities or submitting feedback, testimonials, comments, or questions, you grant us permission to use, share, display, reproduce, and reference that content for educational, marketing, promotional, or community purposes unless otherwise requested.

We will not intentionally share private or confidential information publicly without permission.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our clients and community members.

However, participation in online communities, group calls, masterminds, or public discussions may involve visibility to other members.

You are responsible for determining what information you choose to share publicly.

* platform outages
* third-party services

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

Our services may reference or utilize third-party platforms including but not limited to:

* Skool
* Zoom
* Stripe
* Go High Level
* Google
* YouTube
* social media platforms

We are not responsible for the policies, outages, actions, or practices of third-party platforms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services, websites, communities, or programs at any time for violations of these Terms or behavior we believe is harmful to the business or community.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance
